i am more concerned about a guy dressed in a white labcoat leading hordes of children around the LIRR then gaps.

Dump, good lab testing is part of any experimental development.  I understand BP has an option on those kids, as well.

I think it's a good thing, making folks aware of the dangers with a catchy phrase but sadly, I don't think it would've helped this young lady;
