In North Judson, IN! You may remember the P-72 they were working on, but take a look at what else is there now!

Very nice, Maybe after some common scene is smacked into embarrassing political charged atmosphere,
In addition to the economy improving.
This stuff can one day be returned home. (for the right cost)
Until that day. It's better in the private/museum collection where it resides now.
I'm thankful someone saved the RS1, There are still some hacks left on the LIRR now but all are in the bone yard probably awaiting deposition. Equipment that can be cheaply and beautifully restored is left rusting to the rails so the LIRR can scrap them instead of make a restored consist of Hacks to run a Cabin Car special for one or both of the museums.

I'm seeing now a few museums are actually thinning their collections, money & manpower is usually the culprit. Portola museum in CA listed 4 locomotives "up for grabs" to a museum or historical group.
