The May issue of TRAINS has an ad for the Rio Grande Scenic Rwy in Colorado, a new tourist line. They have ex-LIRR 2900 coaches. Here's some photos, although not roster shots:

And the June issue is about short lines and has a photo of Dakota Southern C420 #213 and LAL #420, both ex-LIRR

Ahh Nice to see the old gals still at work..another place i would like to stop when i drive across country..would be nice to see em again
M-1 seats in the rockies!!  Cheesy Wonder how many times I passed a handsign from those cars? You can still see the red handle on the emergency window The LIRR Shops put in!

Plus  how many  times  I  cleaned  them  in  Port  Jefferson,Speonk, Montauk  and  Oyster  Bay..
    Not to mention  Richmond  Hill also
